Assembled Binders:
Manuals are printed and inserted into ring binders. Our standard ring binders are white, clearview 3-rings which can be customized with full-color covers and spines. Booklets: Booklets are multi-page documents that are folded in half and stapled down the center (saddle stitched). They are usually 8.5” x 11” (11” x 17” folded in half) or 5.5” x 8.5” (8.5” x 11” folded in half). They can be printed in full color or black and white. Brochures: Brochures are single-page documents that are folded, usually in half or as a tri-fold. They are most commonly used as sales and marketing collateral, but can serve a variety of purposes. Click here to order Brochures.
Business Cards: Business cards are typically 2”×3” cards that are printed on a heavy, durable paper stock. They can be printed on one side or on both. Business cards typically include a person’s name, e-mail address, phone number, website, and company name. They should convey the overall image of the business.

Flyers: Flyers are single-page documents that are typically printed 5.5” x 8.5” or 8.5” x 11”. These may also serve as Sell Sheets. They are most commonly used as sales and marketing collateral, but can serve a variety of purposes. Manuals: Manuals are multi-page documents that are bound together — most with either plastic spiral coil, or by being inserted into a 3-ring binder. Manuals can be customized to suit our customer’s needs with custom-printed mylar tabs, full color covers and spines, and additional materials inserted into the binder to create a custom product.
Newsletters: Newsletters are most often 11” x 17” double-sided documents that get folded in half to 8.5” x 11”. Most newsletters are printed on a regular basis —usually monthly, quarterly or annually. They may also be printed on 8.5” x 11” sheets and stapled in the upper left corner. Postcards: Postcards are an easy and affordable way to reach current clients and attract new customers. They are traditionally printed 4” x 6” and 5” x 7” on a 100# gloss or silk cover stock, or a 90# or 110# uncoated index stock. Custom sizes and stocks are available upon request. Sales Sheets: Sales sheets are single-page documents, also known as flyers, spec sheets or datasheets. They are most commonly used as sales and marketing collateral, but can serve a variety of purposes. Some examples of common sales sheets include: trade show flyers, product spec sheets, and inserts.
