Mary Percy is the President of cdsPRINT. She oversees the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the company. Mary directly manages accounting, HR, sales and marketing at CDS.
Mary tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit in 1992 when she launched Tri-State Copy, now known as cdsPRINT. With a vision and a strong work ethic, she turned an idea into one of the larger corporate printing companies in the tri-state.
With nearly 30 years in the digital printing business, and as one of the area’s only 100% woman-owned printing companies, Mary works hard to create a motivating and professional, yet relaxed and family-friendly work environment. She values her team and knows that they are crucial to the success of CDS and their high-level servicing of its clients.
Outside of work, Mary’s focus is spending time with her family. She enjoys walking, hiking, playing tennis, and studying nutrition and naturopathy.
Emily Morgan is the Operations Manager for cdsPRINT and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. She also oversees purchasing, pricing, and IT-related projects, as well as the implementation of programs and processes relating to costs and workflow efficiencies. Having worked her way through nearly every department, Emily knows CDS inside and out.
Emily earned a B.A. in Economics from Monmouth College in 2007. Emily and her husband have a sweet German Shepherd/Border Collie named Oliver who loves being part of the “CDS pack.” Emily enjoys interior design, anything IT-related, and spending time at Norris Lake boating and hiking.
